These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Bet Intelligence website, account dashboard, paid football analysis, selections, payment features, and related services. By creating an account, maintaining a subscription, making a payment, or using the platform, you accept these Terms.
1. About Bet Intelligence
Bet Intelligence is an AI-assisted football betting analysis platform. We provide subscribers with football picks, betting insights, market commentary, and related content through our website and dashboard.
Bet Intelligence is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, betting operator, or financial adviser. Bet Intelligence does not accept bets, place bets, hold customer stakes, settle bets, or pay betting winnings. Any bet you place is made directly with a third-party betting platform of your choice.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, logging in, paying for a subscription, accessing subscriber content, or otherwise using Bet Intelligence, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account, subscribe, or use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to access betting-related content in your location, whichever is higher.
You are responsible for making sure that your access to betting-related information and any betting activity you choose to carry out is legal where you live or where you access the Service.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Access
Bet Intelligence access is sold as a paid subscription. The standard subscription price is TZS 20,000 for 30 days of access. During the July 2026 discount period, access is available for TZS 10,000 until 31 July 2026.
A subscription gives one customer personal access to subscriber content during the active subscription period. Access may include daily football picks, betting insights, analysis, and dashboard content.
Subscriptions are paid in advance. Access starts only after payment is received and verified by Bet Intelligence or our payment provider.
If you renew before your current subscription ends, the new access period may be added after your existing expiry date. Bet Intelligence may change prices, plans, or features in the future, but changes will not reduce an already-paid active access period unless required by law or clearly disclosed.
5. Payments and Verification
Bet Intelligence uses a third-party payment provider to collect subscription payments through supported mobile money or card channels shown at checkout.
Access starts only after the payment provider reports that the payment was successful. Pending, failed, expired, cancelled, reversed, or unverified payments do not start a subscription.
Bet Intelligence is not responsible for delays or failures caused by a mobile network, payment provider, bank, wallet provider, device issue, incorrect payment details, or failed customer authorization.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account email, password, phone number, and login session secure.
You must not share, sell, resell, rent, transfer, or publicly distribute your account access or paid Bet Intelligence content. One subscription is for one customer only unless Bet Intelligence agrees otherwise in writing.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
7. Nature of Our Content
Our picks and analysis are opinions and informational content based on data, football context, market logic, and AI-assisted review. They are not guarantees, instructions, or promises of profit.
Football results are uncertain. Even careful analysis, safer-market selection, and disciplined strategy can lose.
You remain fully responsible for deciding whether to place any bet, how much to stake, when to stop, and whether betting is suitable for you.
8. No Guaranteed Results
Bet Intelligence does not guarantee that any pick, parlay, prediction, market, or strategy will win or produce profit.
Past performance, example wins, hit rates, testimonials, or historical records do not guarantee future results.
Odds, team news, lineups, market availability, suspensions, cancellations, and bookmaker rules can change quickly. You must check all details on your chosen betting platform before placing any bet.
9. Responsible Betting
Betting should be treated as a risky entertainment activity, not a source of guaranteed income.
Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. Consider setting personal limits before betting. Stop and seek appropriate local support if betting begins to affect your finances, health, work, studies, or relationships.
10. Refunds and Account Deletion
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or paid content has been made available.
Bet Intelligence may, at its discretion, offer a refund, credit, or replacement access period for verified duplicate payments, billing errors, or a serious technical failure caused by Bet Intelligence that materially prevents access for a substantial part of the paid period.
You may delete your user account from your dashboard. Deletion disables access immediately, but the account may remain recoverable for 30 days. After the recovery window, the account becomes eligible for permanent cleanup or anonymization. Account deletion does not create a refund and does not erase payment or subscription records we reasonably need for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform security.
11. Suspension and Termination
Bet Intelligence may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, share or resell content, abuse the platform, attempt to bypass security, copy or scrape content, or create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk for Bet Intelligence.
If your account is suspended, you may be prevented from logging in and may need to contact customer support. Suspension or termination caused by breach of these Terms does not require us to provide a refund.
12. Intellectual Property
Bet Intelligence content, including our name, logo, slogan, website design, picks, reports, written analysis, strategy logic, layouts, and subscriber materials, belongs to Bet Intelligence or its licensors.
Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Service for your own use. You must not copy, repost, leak, sell, scrape, clone, reverse engineer, or use our content to operate a competing service without written permission.
13. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity. You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, overload the website, bypass paywalls, automate scraping, impersonate another person, or misrepresent Bet Intelligence content as your own.
Bet Intelligence may investigate suspected abuse and take action, including account suspension, deletion, content removal, or legal steps where appropriate.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Bet Intelligence may mention bookmakers, sports websites, data providers, payment providers, social platforms, or other third parties. Bet Intelligence does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, rules, odds, settlement decisions, account restrictions, payment issues, or content.
Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.
15. Privacy and Data
Bet Intelligence collects and uses information needed to operate the Service, such as your username, email address, phone number, password credentials, payment status, subscription status, account role, login/session data, and support or usage records.
This information is used for account management, payment verification, subscription access, transactional account emails, customer support, fraud prevention, security, analytics, legal compliance, and service improvement.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through the platform. A separate Privacy Policy may apply when published.
16. Service Availability and Changes
Bet Intelligence aims to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The website, dashboard, transactional account emails, payment provider, data sources, or football schedule may be delayed, interrupted, changed, or unavailable.
Bet Intelligence may update, improve, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, pricing, content format, access methods, delivery channels, and analysis methods.
17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bet Intelligence disclaims warranties of accuracy, profitability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bet Intelligence and its operators will not be liable for betting losses, gambling losses, lost winnings, lost profits, missed bets, odds changes, bookmaker settlement decisions, account restrictions, data interruptions, payment-provider delays, or decisions you make based on our content.
If Bet Intelligence is found liable for any claim connected to the Service, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription period directly related to that claim.
18. Force Majeure
Bet Intelligence is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, cyber incidents, payment-provider failures, mobile-network issues, government action, power interruptions, labour disputes, sports schedule changes, weather, or data-provider failures.
19. Changes to These Terms
Bet Intelligence may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website or otherwise communicated, unless a different date is stated.
Your continued use of Bet Intelligence after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, unless another law is required to apply. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled by the competent courts of Tanzania, unless another lawful dispute process is agreed in writing.

22. World Cup Score Challenge
Bet Intelligence may operate a World Cup Score Challenge with a fixed shared prize pool of TZS 1,000,000. Every active verified account may submit one complete prediction for both fixtures listed in the active challenge.
For the current second chance challenge, the entry deadline is 10:00 PM EAT on 18 July 2026. Entries are locked by our server at the displayed deadline. Only an entrant with a paid subscription window covering that exact deadline is eligible for a prize; subscribing after the deadline does not create eligibility.
Each fixture is settled using the score after extra time. Goals scored in a penalty shootout do not form part of the predicted or settled score. To win, an eligible entrant must predict both listed final scores exactly.
The TZS 1,000,000 pool is shared among all eligible perfect entries. Where whole-TZS division leaves a remainder, the earliest locked winning entries receive one additional TZS until the full pool is allocated, so no winner differs by more than TZS 1. If there is no eligible perfect entry, no prize is payable.
Entries are personal and non-transferable. Multiple accounts, false information, automation, manipulation, or attempts to bypass the rules may result in disqualification. We may require reasonable identity or payment verification before payout. Our recorded official result source and documented settlement decision apply, subject to applicable law.
