You can request deletion from the mobile app or website. For security, we verify that the request comes from the account owner.
How to delete your account
In the app, sign in and open Profile → Delete account.
On the website, sign in and open Account → Delete account.
Enter your current password and confirm that you understand access ends immediately.
Cannot access your account?
Email support from an address you can access. Include the phone number or email used for the account, but never send a password, verification code, mobile-money PIN or payment secret. Support will verify ownership before actioning the request.
